![A four panel comic in black and white with a light brown accent tone.
The first panel is titled 'just qualified' and shows a young male GP reclining at his consultation desk, hand outstretched to a forlorn looking patient. The GP is saying, 'Simple! What you need to do is...'. On his desk is a large desk phone and papers. The calendar on the wall shows the year 1995. The window behind the GP shows foliage and birds flying.
The second panel is titled 'five years in' and shows the same slightly older GP sitting upright at his consultation desk, hand outstretched to a hunched over patient. The GP is saying, 'OK, so these are your options...'. On his desk is a large desktop computer and printer. The calendar on the wall shows the year 2000. Out of the window behind the GP is a large crane and large high rise buildings being constructed.
The third panel is titled '15 years in' and shows the same GP with less hair sitting at his consultation desk, hands poised over his keyboard. The GP is saying to his elder patient, 'Which of those alternatives sound good to you?'. On his desk is a small computer screen and smartphone. The calendar on the wall shows the year 2010. Out of the window behind the GP the finished building development can be seen.
The forth and final panel is titled '27 years in' and shows the same GP with even less hair which is now white, hunched over his consultation desk, chin resting on his hand. The GP is saying to his patient, 'This is really complex... difficult to know what to do... What do you think?'. On his desk is are two large computer screens with a webcam. The paper diary on the desk shows the year 2022. The blind is pulled down on the window behind him and it looks like night time outside.](https://images.prismic.io/wellcomecollection/d4c5d572-5859-45ea-a9aa-489a6874eb3e_Changing_Advice_.jpg?w=1338&auto=compress%2Cformat&rect=&q=100)
