The constitutional pamphlet, dedicated to the inhabitants of Covent-Garden; relative to the present occasion of the inspection of all the books, papers and title-deeds of the estates belonging to the said parish, and all the Questions that have been deliver'd into Vestry, for an impartial Answer from the Committee, who, are appointed for that Purpose, and to make Report to the Inhabitants how the several Sums of Money that have been left by Will to the Parish by Persons deceas'd, the Monies which the Estates bring in, and what collected yearly by the parochial Taxes; with several Remarks on the Questions, as how, and to whom, and for what Purposes the Monies have been apply'd from the Year 1731, to this present Time, distinguishing each Year respectively.
