The arraignment of popery; being a collection from the most approved and acceptable authors, who have written upon the state of the church in the primitive times. Containing I. The state of the Papists; how long it was before the universal Pope and mass were set up; likewise the exact time when, and end for which, they brought in their other rudiments, traditions, beads, images, purgatories, tythes, and inquisitions. II. A relation of the cruelties acted after the Pope got up, being worse than the Turk or Pagan; new Rome proving like old. III. What the people of England worshipped before they were Christians. IV.
