Information and help
Our Information Point is in the Atrium on level 0. You’ll find someone here to give you directions and answer your questions about our collections, events and exhibitions, as well as information about our facilities and services.
In addition, you can get help and advice throughout the building from our staff, whom you’ll find on every level.
If you are looking for more information about our collections and using the library, ask staff at the library Admissions Desk, which is on level 2.
If you want to ask about something before you visit, we’ll be happy to answer your queries.
You can leave some of your belongings in our free cloakroom if you don’t want to carry them around with you. There are also some restrictions on what you can take into the exhibition spaces, Reading Room and the library, so check what you need to leave in the cloakroom before you head up there. We cannot store certain items, such as large luggage, in the cloakroom.
Free wifi is available throughout the building but is limited to an hour in some locations.
We have baby-changing facilities on levels 0, 1 and 2.
