Description

By two different but contemporary hands. The 'Course of chimistry' is foliated 23-65, and is mostly in Englsih, and mainly written on the rectos only. The second work is chiefly concerned with iatro-chemical remedies.

1 volume 14 (22) ll. + ff. 23-65 + 43 ll. (last 5 bl.) + 6 ll.. 8vo. 18 x 111/2 cm. Original calf binding. 8 ll. have been cut out at the beginning. Five folding tables of chemical substances had been pasted down on stumps of cut-out leaves, two of these are now detached.
