Responses to the Green Paper will be made available to the public on request, unless you indicate that you wish your response to remain confidential. The Learning Age Helpline We have set up a special helpline on 0345 47 47 47. This line is open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday until 24 July 1998 and offers an answerphone for out-of- hours messages. You can ring the helpline with general enquiries (we cannot deal with detailed queries by telephone) and to order copies of the summary.
