Description

Short black and white silent film showing the method of treatment for a fracture of the os calcis (heel bone) by the insertion of pins and use of screw traction and special wire. Correction of angulation and shortening is shown as is the application of plaster. X-rays before and after reduction reveal the effectiveness of the treatment.
