Description

An appeal by Sir Robin Day, to raise funds for the Epilepsy Research Council, to mark the start of National Epileptic Week. Epilepsy is one of the most common serious neurological problems in this country. Two new important researches are going on to find out the causes of epilepsy, and try to find a cure. They will also examine the side-effects of some of the drugs used to supress and contol it. The researchers will look into the genetic factor and examine the causes of inherited epilepsy.
