Lettering continues: "I am afraid doctor the distance will make it inconvient for you to attend my mother" "my dear young lady! not in the least I happen to have another patient in the neighbourhood, so you see I can kill two birds with one stone;-" "then you are too good a shot for me doctor, so I'll decline troubling you any more."
