Lettering

The latest and most rapid method of infecting rabbits. The needle is introduced into the cisterna magna or into the upper part of the spinal canal. The dose given is 0.2 cc. of a 5 per cent emulsion of infected brain in saline. The animal is anaethetised during the operation
