Observed at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, Fulham Road, London. The surgeons were women. On the table in the middleground are bloodstained swobs, to be emptied into the yellow plastic bag in the foreground. Beyond the operating table, a monitor for keyhole surgery, not in use
