The photographs include photomicrographs of kidney sections, tongue showing tuberculosis, and photographs of the Medical Photography Department in which these photographs were taken. The album also includes course work on photomicrography, including setting up the camera and microscope, lighting, use of filters. Photographs of corn on the cob are included to test camera settings
