The Comeer or aligator of Bengal. At the mouth of the river Hughly. 17 feet long.

Title devised by cataloguer. Date inferred from catalogue of the sale of the museum of John Coakley Lettsom held on 2 May 1816, which described "Lot 50 Ditto [Drawings, Landscapes, &c. in colours], the Comeer or Aligator of Bengal - Gurrial of the Ganges, &c. high finished drawings, in colours, by Mos. Harris, &c."
