Design and gerontology. A learning resource combining science and design.

This DVD is a resource using science to inspire clothes design. Focusing on the changes to our mind and body as we age, 'Design and Gerontology' includes films made with scientists and fashion designers. The DVD is organised into chapters to demonstrate the design process and show how inspiration can be gained from ageing. The science movies are split up into mind & brain, vision, hearing, heart lung circulation, skin, muscles, bones and then the design movies are organised as case studies. Full credits are in a separate chapter.
