"The English vineyard vindicated" (Wing R1939), originally published separately in 1666, has separate dated title page and pagination; register is continuous. The preface is signed "Philocepos", i.e. John Evelyn, who compiled the text based on "matter" provided by Rose.
"The vintage", part 2 p. 20-24 [i.e. 26], is by John Evelyn.
