Description

The answers to the questions are in verse. On the last leaf 'Ce livre appertien à moy Clemence Rigaud demeurant dans la rue des trois maries à Lyon, donné le 18 autt 1725'. Above this is another owner's inscription, struck through, but dated 1724; the name is possibly 'Louise Durette' [?], she also lived at Lyons. Claude Comiers died in 1693: he was a French mathematician and author. Produced in Lyons.
