Letters from Louis René Le Canu and his wife Adeline to Ramon Torres Muñoz y Luna, professor of pharmacy at Madrid, and translator of Le Canu's Cours complet de pharmacie (Paris, 1842) into Spanish. The content of the letters is largely personal, although one includes a draft memorandum on the principles of winemaking, 1871.
