About this work

Description

This rather amateur-shot film, with the assistance of intertitles and a chart, shows the stages of anaesthesia "from the top down". The second stage, sometimes known as the "struggling stage", is shown by a patient quite clearly struggling. At the end the anaesthetic machine is seen. Seems to end suddenly.
