"Science Bulletin is intended as a forum for discussion and a medium for the exchange of news, views and ideas on all issues related to science, society and the struggle for socialism. It is an occasional publication and appears approximately 3 to 4 times per year. Science Bulletin is produced under the auspices of the Science and Technology Sub-Committee of the Communist Party and is intended as a means of communication between all socialists interested in issues of science, technology and politics, both inside and outside the Communist Party."--Page 2, no. 23.
