Description

Notes in Latin on Fevers, contagious diseases and poisons, written by an anonymous owner in an interleaved copy of 'Medicinae praxeos compendium. Auctore E[dward] G[oodman] Clarke, M.D. [ -1811] ... Plurimum auctum et emendatum (by Arcangelo Spedalieri [1779-1823]). Ticini. Excudebat Capelli. 1806'. The date 1820 is found on the verso of the second leaf. Only the inter-leaves between pp. 1-16, 72-86 of the original text contain the MS. additions, together with 13 ll. at the end of the volume.
