Amai Gold talks about being attacked by a diabetic patient and other staff members recount stories of similar incidents, sometimes from drunk patients and sometimes not. The programme uses CCTV footage to illustrate the stories. Amai Gold tried to press charges against her attacker but was told it wasn't in the public interest to pursue it. We hear about Donald Gibson, a man who needs kidney dialysis three times a week despite having served a prison sentence for assaulting staff.
