Description
Laboratory book recording experiments concerning the central motor innervation of the larynx, 1886-90 (ff. 1-77), with inserted loose sheets recording further experiments, 1893-97. The other end of the volume records experiments relating to the work of Charles Edouard Brown-Séquard on epilepsy produced in guinea pigs, 1886 (ff. 158-189). Inserted at f. 57 is a letter to Semon from John Hughlings Jackson, 4 January 1890. With pen sketches and photographs of animal brains, mostly loosely inserted.
