Notice is hereby given, that from the great increase of rents paid for the poor of Manchester, we have come to the resolution (with the Consent of the Magistrates) not to pay any after Lady-Day next, from which Time we discharge ourselves from any Agreement on Obligation made to any Landlord, by us, or former Officers, for the Payment of any Pauper's Rent.
