Volume 1 (MS.1864): 'Red exercise book. Number 1' (24 ff. 4to. 201/2 x 161/2 cm.). The date 1960 is on fol. 1.
Volume 2 (MS.1865): 'Red exercise book. Number 2' (24 ff. 4to. 201/2 x 161/2 cm.). Dispensaries in Scotland, etc.
Volume 3 (MS.1866): 'Blue exercise book. Number 1' (30 ff. 4to. 20 x 16 cm.). Dispensaries in London.
Volume 4 (MS.1867): 'Blue exercise book. Number 2' (30 ff. 4to. 20 x 16 cm.). Dispensaries in London and England.
Volume 5 (MS.1868): 'Small red exercise book' (36 ff. 8vo. 161/2 x 10 cm.). Dispensaries. The date 1962 is found on fol. 28v.
Volume 6 (MS.1869): 'List of Physicians attached to Dispensaries: taken from Munk' (40 pp. 8vo. 18 x 111/2 cm.). In loose-leaf note-book. 1962 on fol. 1.
Volume 7 (MS.1870): 'Small blue exercise book.' Private Medical Schools (32 ff. + 12 ll. 8vo. 16 x 10 cm.). All these appear to have been in London, and some were attached to Dispensaries.
