About this work

Description

Various shots of civil defence rescue simulations featuring Casualties Union members acting as casualties, filmed at the Surrey County Civil Defence Rescue School. It shows casualties being located, casualties being unearthed from wreckage, first aid being administered, and casualties being moved on stretchers. The film was made for use in study circles. There appears to be some duplication with SA/CAS/C/3/2/4. The title given is taken from wording written on the box of the film reel.

The digitised version of the film is at SA/CAS/C/5/1/4/1a.
