Charlotte Soldan's 2015 undergraduate dissertation for the Degree of Bachelor of Medical Science in History of Medicine on the subject of Attitudes and approaches to medical errors in England and New Zealand, 1985-2005. The donation includes the full dissertation and recorded audio interviews with David Galler, Geraint Martin, Gillian Bohm, Gregor Coster, Joan Tate, Lynda Williams, Muir Gray, Sally Adams and Tony Giddings in the form of MP3 audio recordings, interview transcripts and consent forms.
