Description

Correspondence between the Master of Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge, and Haldane. Haldane was asked to act as a referee for Sydney Ellerton in his application for a research fellowship at Caius. Haldane's letter of the 3rd August 1939 contains a full report of Haldane's opinions of Ellerton's work. Also includes a list of Ellerton's publications submitted for consideration in support of his application.
