Graphs of observed optical intensities from an x-ray diffraction photograph of lithium-based DNA (sample L-84), chiefly relating to readings for the tenth layer line on the image. Also a sketch diagram of the possible axes of the molecular arrangement of DNA on the tenth layer line, and a graph comparing the diffracted intensities of Lithium DNA (Li DNA), Sodium DNA (Na DNA), Potassium DNA (K DNA) and Rubidium DNA (Rb DNA).
