The Capital Radio 'Counselling Week' (later known as 'Personal Problem Week') was started in 1977. It was a joint venture between Capital Radio's Helpline Service and the FPAdesigned to help Londoners with their questions on or problems with contraception, sex and related areas and was repeated on an annual basis.
