Description

Manuscript letters and one typescript letter. Concerns collecting human data and suggested a draft card showing particulars that could be collected. Stated that the Institute of Actuaries was the best body to approach for this. Enclosures: two pages of notes. Letters re Galton writing a preface to the book he is writing with her sister, Ethel. (see GALTON/3/3/7/3 for copy of Galton's letter to Institute of Actuaries).
