Laboratory notebook compiled by (Robert Donald) Bruce Fraser as a research student, Medical Research Council Biophysics Unit, King’s College London, containing notes and diagrams relating to DNA experiment methodologies and results, including: infra-red spectroscopy results obtained from rolled sheet DNA supplied by Rudolf Signer, 1950; statistical comparison of results obtained from Signer-supplied DNA and thymus DNA prepared by Mary Fraser; sketches of DNA chemical structure. Original volume title 'Fraser DNA etc 1950-'.
