Manuscript letters. Details of ink for stamping on separate sheet. Enclosed two samples of ink and three specimens of paper. Showing expansion when damp. Letter dated 7 Jun 1902 asked Galton to chair the meeting of the Palestine Exploration Fund. Note in corner by Galton "declined on plea of deafness".
