Description
Photograph of a plaster cast statue depicting Adapa, an Apkallu figure of the mesopotamian gods, on a plinth with metal caption as displayed in the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum. The statue was accessioned by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum on 31st December 1935 (R194/1935) but is not held by Wellcome Collection. Another photograph of this image was accessioned by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum on 27th November 1936 (PHO 9014).
