Biographical note
The National Executive Committee managed the affairs of the FPA, consisting of 15 National Council members, including one representative of each Region. The NEC met about six times a year.
The National Executive Committee transferred it's responsibilities and powers to the National Executive Council, together with the National Council, on the 25 September 1980.
