Description

A series of 52 prescriptions each with a heading, (e.g. "Pulv. rutæ," "Mercur. Alkal." etc.) without any definite order or system of classification (fo. 6-16; fo. 17 blank). The title reads (fo. 1 verso): "Formula | Medicamentorum | præcipue | usitatorum | In | Noscomio Charitatis | Parisiensis et aliorum | plurimorum a Celebr = | imis Medicinæ pro = | fessoribus aprobatorum | collecta." At the foot, apparently added later: "-Si quid novisti rectius istis Candidus imperti si non his utere mecum." Folios 2, 3 and 4 are blank, and on fo. 5 verso is written: "Formula Medicamentorum."
