About this work

Description

Papers relating to two films. 1. Corespondence and receipts relating to the duplication of an 8mm bw film: "This film was made in the Physiological Laboratory of the National Institute for Medical Research just before it left its old quarters in Hampstead to move to its present building in Mill Hill, and it constitutes a fairly light-hearted record of the staff working there at that time, and their activities" (Paton to Kodak Ltd, 24 April, 1952). 2. Correspondence and shooting script (in several drafts) relating to a colour film entitled 'Reduction of Surgical Haemorrhage' (May & Baker Ltd), produced as a teaching aid for post-graduate anaesthetists. Paton advised on the script.
