Minute Book: Board of Directors, AGMs

This volume contains minutes of meetings of the board of directors, AGMs and EGMs for the company. Most of the minutes in the volume have been signed.

Matters covered included shares in the company, statutory meetings such as to adopt annual reports, accounts, etc., and payment of dividends. The company appears to have been a non-trading one for most of the period covered by this volume, as very little activity is noted as having taken place. For some years only one board meeting / AGM was held.

There is an index at the front of this volume.

The minutes of early meetings in the volume concern the acquisition of the company by Coopers. On p. 66 it is noted that the price paid by Coopers was £1107.
