Consists of a printed circular notice on The Reader dated January 1865; Galton's notes on scientific papers; two copies of a printed notice, one heavily annotated by Galton with financial calculations, reporting the intended purchase of the organ by Galton and others, including the names of willing shareholders; and rough notes of the proceedings of the first meeting.
