Biographical note
Miss F. Margaret Hardy was appointed ICM Assisstant Executive Secretary in 1972 after Miss Marjorie Bayes (ICM Executive Secretary) became ICM/USAID Project Director.
In 1975, at the 17th ICM Congress, Miss Hardy was nominated ICM Executive Secretary, and also Secretary of the ICM/FIGO Joint Study Group (JSG) and Assistant Administrator, ICM/USAID Project.
