Minutes of meetings of the Follow-up Survey Sub-committee held between 1 Dec 1947 - 24 Jan 1962, relating to follow-up inquiries into maternity services.

The Follow-up Survey Sub-committee initially consisted of the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, the Population Investigation Committee, and the Institute of Child Health. From 17 Jan 1952 the Sub-committee comprises the Population Investigation Committee, the Institute of Child Health, and the Society of Medical Officers of Health.
