(c) All deaths certified by registered Medical Practitioners and all Inquest cases are classed as “Certi- fied, all other deaths are regarded as “Uncertified.” (d) Exclusive of “Tuberculous Meningitis” (10). but inclusive of Cerebro-Spinal Meningitis Deaths of soldiers and sailors occurring in hospitals and institutions in the district are excluded from the total number of deaths registered in the district, and such deaths in like manner are excluded from column 11.
