About this work

Description

Correspondence regarding a lecture ("The Structure of Chromatin") delivered at the University of Colorado Medical Center on 25 February, 1977, and a subsequent Symposium ('Molecular Approaches to Eucaryotic Genetic Systems') at Park City, Utah, 27 February - 4 March, 1977.

At the Symposium, Crick delivered a lecture ("Chromosome Structure") on the evening of 3 March. A transcript of the lecture, which Crick declined to publish, is in the file, as are Crick's notes (holograph) on several speakers.

The file includes a set of speaking notes (14 sheets, holograph) headed "The Structure of Chromosomes" and marked "Park City". They are dated "3rd Feb 1977" (3 March intended?) and fall into two distinctly numbered halves.
