Manuscript of "Decrease of Mortality by Smallpox between 1838 and 1887", printed copies of appendices from the Royal Commission on Vaccination report, annotated by Galton, a graph showing the decrease in mortality rate, and an envelope labelled to indicate the manuscript was originally sent to Sir Michael Foster, and was "apparently sold by his executors and purchased by the Galton Laboratory, 9 May 1914, from W Heffer & Sons".
