Notebook. Kept by William Carr (1745-1821), the volume contains notes on apparatus for amputations, July 1774 [probably in connection with the Leeds Infirmary], lists of bills presented to the Infirmary's quarterly board, 1774-80, notes on medical cases, treatments, and fees, and on meetings of local practitioners, extracts from medical journals, and a diary, 1800-10.
