Correspondence and a set of speaking notes (holograph) regarding the Karl-August-Forster Lecture ("Transfer RNA"), delivered at the Physiologisch-Chemisches Institut der Johannes Gutenberg-Universität, Mainz, Germany, on 7 November, 1969.
The file includes (in German) a printed text, containing biographical information about Crick and introductory comments on the subject of his lecture. A similar publication, prepared for the 1968 Karl-August-Forster Lecture, delivered by Alexander Rich, is also included.
The file contain a set of photographs (b/w) taken during Crick's visit, all stamped "Photographie Rolf Blasberg". They comprise:
1 photograph (12" x 91/2") of Professor R K Zahn, organiser of the lecture and with whom Crick corresponded;
3 photographs (12" x 91/2") of Crick lecturing;
1 portrait photograph (7" x 5") of Crick;
and 1 photograph (7" x 5") of Crick and Zahn.
