About this work

Description

Path to the double helixwas first published in 1974 and revised in 1994. Ponteocorvo thought this this was "a most important contribution" and was fascinated by Olby's approach in exploring the history of the discovery of DNA. Pontecorvo describes Jim Watson and Francis Crick as "naively immune to contemporary prejudice".
