Description

Pontecorvo's book was published by Colombia University Press in 1958. Haldane addresses Pontecorvo by his nickname "Crawbrigg". He claims that the term "negative interference" was first coined by Spurway and Philip. He also discusses his current research on segregation in Drosophila melanogaster and linkage studies. Letter has been annotated by Pontecorvo.
