Description

Document in which Burkitt sets out proposals for an attempt to define the lymphoma belt in Africa during 1961. The proposal incorporates a safari to Tanganyika, Nyasaland and Rhodesia, a call for medical staff in those areas to collect information and go through records, visits to clinicians, and resource requirements. Burkitt would act as a director of the work whilst continuing to act as a surgical specialist.
