[00:00:00] Three interviewees: Sahr Immanuel Ngebe [SIN], Dauda and Angela. [SIN] Talks about first hearing about Ebola when he was in Freetown, work at charity Street Child, deciding to stay and work. [00:05:30] [SIN] promoting hand washing, use of chlorine, deaths in Kenema, quarantine being implemented. [00:10:20] [SIN] Talks about Street Child's Ebola orphans project launching in August. [00:17:00] [SIN] How many children Street Child are currently helping. [00:18:00] Dauda recalls mid-July, father worked at Kenema hospital as a lab technician, recalls his father contracting Ebola virus and getting ill, father being admitted to same hospital as Dr Khan, his father dying, Dauda getting symptoms himself, being admitted to Kenema hospital, his younger brother dying, him being the only one to survive in the family, why he thinks he might have survived and his family didn’t, religion. [00:26:00] Dauda talks about how Street Child helped him when he was younger. [00:29:20] Angela talks about her work initially as a volunteer with Street Child. [00:31:30] [SIN] People refusing to wash their hands, when Dr Khan died people believed Ebola was real, conspiracy theories around Ebola. [00:34:00] [SIN] describes what things were like when Dr Khan died, huge shock, turning point. [00:35:40] [SIN] Ebola vaccines in the future, comparison to polio vaccine campaign, information and messaging around vaccines. [00:40:27] End of Interview.
