Two of these were purchased in 1932. The third, purchased by E A Underwood in 1959, was acquired with the latter's papers in 1980; only a photocopy is held of this item.

Further letters by the same forger, also acquired in 1932, are at the Royal College of Physicians of London (Jenner to Hunter 4 March 1793) and Royal College of Surgeons of England (Jenner to Hunter 4 May 1793).
